Exhausted parents all over the world say that their number one struggle is to get their kids to sleep. When your children aren’t getting enough sleep (and you’re probably not either because of it), the overall health of your family is greatly affected.
Sleep is a skill you have to learn. And just like parenting is not a one-size-fits-all approach, neither is how you organize your child’s sleep. Supporting and serving families as children are learning their new sleep skill, we work with multiple methods and recommend options available based off your child's age, parenting philosophy, and lifestyle for your little one to learn sleep.
We’ll walk you through every step of the process to bring rest to your nest and improve the health of you and your family.
HOW TO GET STARTED
Review the different plans & pricing options and decide which option is best for you and your family.
Once you book an appointment for a time that works for you, you’ll complete an intake form and remit payment through the website.
After we have the consultation, we’ll send you a customized sleep plan within 48 business hours of our consultation.
You then will select a start date to implement the plan and we’ll help guide you as your child learns the new sleep skill.
NOTE: The initial consult is either at your home or over the phone. Mary will be there to support and guide your family via phone and email as you implement your child's sleep plan. She does not go in the home to implement the plan because her goal is to give you the tools to navigate your child's sleep now and in the future. There is an option under the In Home Select and Phone Select Consult that has bedtime text support as an extra level of support.
