Comprehensive Sleep Evaluation: Before our consult, complete an Intake Form that gives us key information on your child's sleep routine and understand your family's sleep goals.
Sleep Consultation: On our one hour call together, we will:

formulate an age appropriate schedule for naps, night time, feeding and setting up the room for sleep

Pinpoint your child's individual sleep challenges

Choose the sleep teaching method that fits you and you child so they can learn their sleep skill

Develop a straightforward sleep plan that we will implement over either one or two weeks of support
Sleep Log: Daily support for naps and bedtime via an easy-to-follow sleep log
Nursery/Room Assessment: Review nursery/Childs room to ensure it is sleep conducive
Sleep Plan: Personalized and straightforward sleep plan that includes actionable steps
Sleep Support:

Text support for guidance on naps timing/bedtime and review of sleep log that is critical for success as your child is learning his/her sleep skill.

Two 20-minute support calls to celebrate our sleep progress, answer any questions and chat through how to continue our solid sleep rhythms.

Bedtime in the moment text support on the first night until midnight for that extra level of support as you implement your child's sleep plan.
Graduation Call: Be prepared for upcoming sleep transitions so you feel confident as you tackle them.
