Newborn Sleep: Navigating Sleep from Birth to 3 Months

This course provides parents with the tools and strategies to help lay a healthy foundation of sleep from the start. It is designed for babies from birth to 15 weeks. This is specifically for sleep shaping and not sleep training. Parents will learn: -Setting up and sorting out day and night confusion -How to calm a fussy baby -Set up the room to be sleep conducive -Starting nap and bedtime routines -Appropriate newborn awake time -Read our babies sleep cues -Understand newborn circadian sleep development -Shape the beginning of a schedule -Navigate nap transitions and bedtime timing as they grow into an infant
